Reeeeely bad streaming playback

The last two versions of Debian have given me alot of grief with online streaming playback. I am currently using Bullseye. The problem is website and browser independant, no matter what I try to watch, video playback degrades significantly after about 30 to 45 minutes. I have tried all the standard fixes, but only a full system restart fixes the problem once it starts. What the hell is going on.
