I have issue with pixelish render of fonts in KDE on main user.

But on other user it seems ok.

I tried to restore to defaults, change to other font's style, but it didn't help.

Try enabling antialiasing
--> Sub pixel rendering: RGB
--> Hint style: Full
Then reboot.
