Scheduled Maintenance: We are aware of an issue with Google, AOL, and Yahoo services as email providers which are blocking new registrations. We are trying to fix the issue and we have several internal and external support tickets in process to resolve the issue. Please see: viewtopic.php?t=158230
One suggestion from the Kodi forum is that there may have been a problem creating the database.
They suggest the following:
Close Kodi.
Open a file manager and select the option to view hidden files.
Open the .kodi folder.
Open the userdata folder.
Open the Database folder.
Delete the Addons33.db file.
Close the file manager.
Restart Kodi and a new Addons33.db should be created.
If this does not fix the problem then I'm not sure what the problem might be. You might get more help from the Kodi forum, but my experience with them has not been fruitful. They seem to not take a liking to Debian users.
Good luck.
