Can't play a DVD

Attempted to play a DVD and get the following error w/Debian 11 xfce. Ideas?

Is it a DVD you (or someone else) made or is it a shop bought movie?

'Shop bought movie'...it plays fine on the DVD player connected to a television.

I don't believe it's installed. I don't find it in the SPM, so how do I go about installing this Libdvdcss2?
