[SOLVED] Enlightenment's Wayland session on debian.

#1 Post by ahmadraniri »

I'm trying to get used to with wayland (using hikari wm as daily driver), I found enlightenment has wayland session, so I try it out. The developers state that wayland session on enlightenment is experimental, yeah it's indeed experimental, I can't launch many QT apps / many of them are segmentation fault (qterminal, pcmanfm-qt, phototonic, qutebrowser), logout always leads me into a loop (software failure, ask me to press left mouse button to recover and right button to abort) which both will bring me back to desktop. I don't experience it when I use enlightenment on archlinux. I don't know if that's my setup's fault or anything else. Any clue? Thanks
OS : Debian sid 64 bit.

Solved, reset all setting by removing the configurations under ~/.e. Thanks.
