Hello. I've been googling how to make cursors for XFCE4, but no luck.
Can someone teach me how to make custom cursors, I dont need some theme pack, I want to know how to make these myself, thanks

Mouse themes are under /use/share/icons
They usually have a text file describing the size and other metadata as well as different sized images for the cursor. Usually in SVG or PNG format.
