Hi,
i am using debian bullseye ( Linux x395 5.10.0-18-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.140-1 (2022-09-02) x86_64 GNU/Linux ) with gnome 3.38.5 (wayland). I tried to login using my fingerprint, which works well, but right after login i had to enter my password to unlock the gnome keyring, which is very uncomfortable and makes no sense to me.
i tried to reinstall libpam-fprintd, also enabled fingerprint authentication via pam-auth-update, but nothing solves the problem. so i would say login with fingerprint is useless when i am forced to enter the password.
Any ideas how to change this strange behavior ?
Thank you all in advance
