dual monitor shortcut keys to move window
dual monitor shortcut keys to move window
I have dual monitors with GNOME, and am wondering if there is a shortcut key equivalent to Windows for moving a window from one screen to the other. I think in Windows it's something like Window+Shift+arrow.

Is there something similar for GNOME? I looked around on Google but haven't found it. My GNOME version is 2.30.2.
Here's my Debian version:
Debian GNU/Linux 6.0.6 (squeeze)
Linux version 2.6.32-5-686 (Debian 2.6.32-46)
#1 SMP Sun Sep 23 09:49:36 UTC 2012 i686
If there is no such feature, where can I post a "Request for Enhancement"?
Thank you

In compiz, the "Put" plugin does this nicely.
You can set the keyboard shortcut for "Put to Next Output" yourself, I'm using Win+Tab to make windows move to the other monitor.
