Hi Debian User Forums,
So I just installed Debian 11 on my Thinkpad, and there was a wifi problem, but I have already gone past that by now.
But I ran into a new problem. When I tried to print something, Bullseye sends it to my Brother MFC-L2700DW, which is what I want, but nothing comes out! Why?
It says it already sent the file to the printer for printing, but nothing came out!
When I reviewed print jobs, it said the printer had an error!
I tried printing something on my other computer running Windows 10, and it printed out, so something must be wrong with Bullseye?
i tried to install the following packages:
printer-driver-brlaser
printer-driver-gutenprint
intel-microcode
iucode-tool
but I still have the problem. Are those even the right packages?
I have contrib and non-free on my computer, so if you find a package that is non-free let me know.
System specs:
Desktop environment: XFCE
OS type: 32 bit
CPU: Genuine Intel CPU T2300 @1.66GHz x 2
Memory: 2.9 GiB
Please help me with the printer problem. I am right now.
