Are the WIE7265, ax200, or ax210n network chipsets plug and play with Linux? I don't need much just something that works. My internet is never above 10mb/sec. Also I'm assuming most GPUs would work out of the box?

I believe that Debian also has "unofficial" ISOs that have the non-free firmware on them already, so that they just work if all you have is wi-fi.

Simply doing a web search for the phrase in bold above brings them up as my first result.

The AX200 is supported from kernel 5.1, the AX210 from 5.10:

Both cards require non-free firmware.
