[Solved] unstack i3wm container

#1 Post by shogun1234 »

I accidentally lunch window container in stacked layout like https://imgur.com/d06vMeY

Searching on the internet I then realize it's in stacked layout. But how can I unstack it? My problem is even closing that window container and re-execute e.g. firefox, the window container is still in stacked layout, which is what I do not want to have. How can I fix it? Pressing $mod + s doesn't work. But duckduckgoing does not find solution. Maybe I should use key words other than i3wm, S, Navigator. If so, what keywords to use? Thanks

Ok. I think the issue is just to press Mod+Shift+Left or Mod+Shift+Right to move the window outside the container until no window left in that container. Then that S Navigator container can be removed. Thanks.
