My Debian crashes about once a day.

I tried to reinstall and clean the RAM but it didn't fix the problem.
Please tell me if more information is needed.

Does your computer have a MAKE and MODEL, or can you give us some basic specs?
What Kernel are you using?
Some of the Internet answers point to the Ryzen processor. Some suggest installing: microcode.
