[Solved] unable to connect bluetooth keyboard

hello!

im a new to debian, but not linux.

ive had debian for a couple of days and i cant manage to pair and connect my bluetooth keyboard.
ive tried both with gui and command line and nothing works.
i can connect my phone for example so i know the bluetooth is still working on my laptop.
and ive bee using my keyboard through linux mint up untile a few days ago (when ive installed debian).
anyone can help?

so, when i try to pair the keyboard, i receive this error:

by reading the wiki, i think the dongle doesn't actually shows up, nothing looks like the wiki suggests, so i try the first troubleshooting, but:

done, but when i repeat the pairing/connection i still receive the same error.

so, i managed to pair the keyboard by repeated press the "connect" button under my keyboard while debian was pairing up.
then, it wouldn't connect, at which point i've updated my kernel following this guide and now my keyboard works even better than when i was using linux mint!
