Libshout3 has been broken very long - when is right time to fix it?
2.4.5 is totally broken with mixx.
It has been broken very long, any chance to update it to working version 2.4.6??

According to the Debian tracker [1], version 2.4.6-1 is already available in Debian Testing and Debian Unstable. It will not available in the current Debian Stable (11.6).
If you need it for Debian Stable, you can consider backporting [2] from Debian Testing to Debian Stable (if package's dependencies allow it).
