[Software] Keybinding LXDE, OpenBox, Debian 11 Super+Backspace=Delete

#1 Post by JuniperSprouts »

Hi,

I have a Chromebook that only has a backspace key, no delete key. I would like to tweak it to where either ALT+Backspace, CTRL+Backspace, or Super+Backspace would delete. I have spent quite a bit of time configuring config/openbox/lxde-rc.xml to get other things working, such as Brightness+/-, Volume +/-, Mute, and so forth. I imagine there is a way to do so using that config file, but the documentation does not mention (that I can find) Actions being a "key" or something like DELETE. ( http://openbox.org/wiki/Help:Bindings ). Perhaps it is more for executing actions than replicating keystrokes.... What should I do?
