Hello,
Welcome to the forum.
What is the installed kernel version ?
What is the complete Debian version (/etc/debian_version) ?
Can you send the full /var/log/syslog file (as compressed attachment to a follow-up message) ?
What is the manufacturer and model of your computer ?
Please use code tag to include logs in embedded in the text of the message.

Is the CPU microcode package installed? Have you checked the RAM and disk drive health?

Hello,
There are two types of kernel error messages in your logs.
The first is "BUG: unable to handle kernel paging request":

Both are memory errors. According to your hardware configuration, you have 5 GByte of installed memory in three banks (with an empty bank):
Code: Select all
/0/1b memory 5GiB System Memory
/0/1b/0 memory 1GiB DIMM 800 MHz (1,2 ns)
/0/1b/1 memory 2GiB DIMM 800 MHz (1,2 ns)
/0/1b/2 memory DIMM [empty]
/0/1b/3 memory 2GiB DIMM 800 MHz (1,2 ns)
Therefore, a RAM incompatibility between installed RAM modules or RAM module incompatibility with motherboard or a general RAM malfunction should be investigated. The memtest86 program could be used (see
https://packages.debian.org/buster/memtest86 ).

Now I'm trying to change count installed RAM modules to get compatibility.

I did it once - without errors.
Now I'm using 2 modules: 1gb(hynix) + 2gb(hynix) and it works well so far.
It was most likely a compatibility issue.
Thank you all very much for your help!
