[Software] A few touch problems

#1 Post by Kassebasse »

I am having trouble with my Lenovo Tab 8 (only touch screen) after installing Debian Cinnamon on it.

What works:
Onscreen keybord (except one occasion)
Clicking and dragging
Wifi

What does not work:
Right clicking (long press or double fingers, one exception is chromium)
Onscreen keyboard option is missing when I start the surface for the first time
Multi touch (except chromium where I can zoom with two fingers)

What can do to correct these issues?

Hello,
It could useful to take a look at general software and hardware information of your computer (in anonymous form) with the command (the inxi program must be installed):

Code: Select all

inxi -Fxxxz
⢀⣴⠾⠻⢶⣦⠀
⣾⠁⢠⠒⠀⣿⡁ Debian - The universal operating system
⢿⡄⠘⠷⠚⠋⠀ https://www.debian.org
