AcidTech and ProDVGFX are dark themes. Set them in User Control Panel > Board preferences > Edit global settings > My board style

This I realized a few moments ago I don't use the 'Dark Background and Light Text' default colours, a little improvement over the harsh black and white colours used, try these,
for me this is easier on the eyes.
Default background color - #3D3D3D
Default foreground color - #FFDEAD
You can always vary the colours to suit your needs, Hope that helps.
