I installed the Layan theme on my debian 12 but it is not installed correctly.

Icons on screenshot look like adwaita blue. So maybe Layan is not set as current theme, and your DE is still using Adwaita (I've read that Adwaita is commonly used as default theme). Are you sure you properly selected new theme in "settings" app?
