Debian-installer is one of the parts of debian that I try to avoid touching, don't have any easy solutions for this. Quick searching finds https://wiki.debian.org/DebianInstaller/Build which you probably already found.

I meant i cannot recreate the entire chain of building unsigned_kernel>signed_kernel(udebs)>installer_components. Because i cannot find any article of how to sign kernel (by any key, not necessarily Debian's) to get udebs for the installer. Is there any way to do that, or the ONLY option with Debian is to build installer(following those 3 steps) from Debian repo downloaded unsigned kernels?
