Re: Delete account
Stand by.
We used to not delete user accounts but rather advise to change password to one you won't remember and email to a non-existent address. Currently discussing with the team whether to change this.
May I ask why you want to delete?
Contact link seems to not be working, I received no email. Will look into that.

Re: Delete account
I switched to Windows 7 as I don't have time to troubleshoot Linux. I delete accounts I don't use, but can change the password and email instead.sunrat wrote: 2024-09-20 22:45 Stand by.

Re: Delete account
OK. After discussion we don't think it's advantageous to change our policy. See point 14 in the Guidelines - https://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?t=149781SAVVYSCLUTTER wrote: 2024-09-21 07:40 I switched to Windows 7 as I don't have time to troubleshoot Linux. Support for Windows 7 ended 4 years ago. I used it before then but would be concerned about its vulnerabilities now.
