For some time I constantly get logged out of the forum even with the 'remember me' option checked, my browser is set to store cookies yet I have to log in each time. I suspect it may be the work of our enhanced cookie system and this particular browser. I know of 4 others users with the same complaint and now a 5th.
Is it only 5 people affected here?
If you are affected could you share your browser information: Vendor, version, extensions?

If it happens every time, make sure your browser is set to store cookies.
Yup, ever since I joined in 2007.

Yup, ever since I joined in 2007.
This is good feedback as it shows how long this problem has been around. Thank you.

but to clarify, I've had my browser set to store forum cookies since 2007.
But I haven't had the login/cookies problem since 2007.

You probably already know this,
but to clarify, I've had my browser set to store forum cookies since 2007.
But I haven't had the login/cookies problem since 2007.
Ahhh I misunderstood you there.
I hereby retract in full my thank you to ComputerBob!

Hi, yes, i have to re login every time, i use
-brave with agressive blocking with no extension.
-firefox-sr also with agresive blocking, just a couple of months i use ublock origin turned off in this site.
Also recently i start using nextdns with agressive blocking and i block anything that show in the logs that i do not specifict visit. and i have not seen any conections problem so far.
I really not have a problem to relogin when is needed.
Floorp (a Firefox fork) on 11.18.1 Most of the privacy features have been enabled.
Running through Flatpak on a 64-bit device
uBlock Origin & Privacy Badger are the extensions of note
Also have AdGuard Home as a LAN-wide blocker
Skimming the prior posts, I'm not sure if it's sample bias as Linux users, or that the culprit is likely FireFox related. They did roll out their 'Total Cookie Protection' feature over the last few months IIRC...
