Debian Testing & KDE 6.2.3 - how to change System Tray icons ?

#1 Post by andy55 »

Hello everyone,

I applied the recent updates to my Debian testing and that also updated my KDE to 6.2.3-1.
However, the System Tray icons have changed to very non-intuitive ones.
I changed icons in Settings -> Colours & Themes -> Icons to the set I like but I am not sure how to customise System Tray icons.
Is there any way I can do that ?

Moved to Testing and Unstable subforum.

Plasma 6 transition has only just happened in Testing, may be not complete yet. Try update/upgrade again in a few days or weeks.

I'm not going to upgrade my Testing KDE system for a little while until the transition is complete and settled.

How do I, in Testing, freeze all packages just for KDE ?

I think it's theoretically possible to do this, but you'll end up with a partially corrupted operating system.

Hmm, I looked at the page with archived email and last recorded message was from September. I don't think I can rely on it.
