[Video] Unable to disable Vsync in KDE Plasma 5.27.5 Wayland

I enabled the option in KDE Plasma System Settings that allows tearing in fullscreen windows, and I set the option above it to force lowest latency. However, my games are still limited at 144fps, despite turning off Vsync in the games.

No, they are not, it seems
