Hi Hi
Just built the 1/25 Lxqt spin and in the Lxqt Appearance configuration there is no option for kvantum, just Windows and Fusion. Its likely because the LXQt packages are now at version 2 and use Qt6, only kvantum is qt5. I looked for some way to fix this but couldnt find any. Setting the style to kvantum in ~/.config/lxqt/lxqt.config in the Qt section does nothing. The nice dark theme in the rest of the desktop now has bright white qt applications.

Probably need to add a qt6-style-kvantum package to the Debian repos, thus: https://packages.ubuntu.com/source/orac ... le-kvantum
We have a somewhat different one in the MX repo that only builds and installs the qt6 kvantum plugin, then the qt5 kvantum manager is able to manage both the qt5 and qt 6 plugins' theming.

Well, here are the debs built on Bookworm, along with the debianized sources. I ported them over from some PPA; perhaps even lxubuntu's or whatever it's called.

Re: [Testing - Trixie] Lxqt now missing kvantum style option.
The qt6-style-kvantum package works and solves the theming issue. But qt5-style-kvantum conflicts with it so you cant have both at present. I thought it was that qt6-style-kvantum-themes and qt5-style-kvantum-themes contained the exact same files. So I made a qt5-style-kvantum package that required qt6-style-kvantum-themes instead of qt5-style-kvantum-themes, it still conflicts.
Still a majority of qt apps in testing that are installed are now qt6. Better to have more using the dark theme. While I normally dont like to use Ubuntu packages in Debian, its ok for now until a qt6-style-kvantum-themes makes it into the Debian repos.
Thanks for the help.
