Both bugs have been marked resolved. Upgrade this morning was successful on all four machines plus a 6.10.6 kernel that landed in Unstable.

One important bug filed against the new kernel that says bluetooth doesn't work but this appears to be a PICNIC error. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrepo ... ug=1079183

Just in case of problems, prior to upgrading, I used your tip to retain kernel 6.9.12 by issuing:

Code: Select all

apt-mark manual linux-image-6.9.12-amd64
After doing a

Code: Select all

sudo apt full-upgrade
I am pleased to report that things seem ok in kernel 6.10.6! :D
