Re: Nautilus-image-converter removed from sid?
That package has been auto-decrufted from Debian:
https://ftp-master.debian.org/removals.txt
Next time use https://tracker.debian.org/ to check package availability or run
Replace $package with the actual name of the package to be checked. EDIT: supplied by the devscripts package.

Code: Select all
rmadison $package

Thanks. Have sent the following message to the package developer(s):
to nautilus-image-converter
We have been heavy users of nautilus-image-converter for many years. This is one of the best features of nautilus. Please add it back to the testing/sid repositories. Thanks a whole lot. (The attached screenshot has been resized to 50% * 50% = 25%, very convenient.)

Re: Nautilus-image-converter removed from sid?
Your time would have been better spent reading my link:
If you want the extension then pay some programmers to add it for you. The Nautilus devs might not agree with the submissions though and even if they did it almost certainly wouldn't make it into Debian 12.
So your pathetic pleas will avail you nought.removals.txt wrote:Code: Select all

Re: Nautilus-image-converter removed from sid?
We are now using gThumb to do the image resizing. Not as convenient, but definitely more versatile. Just hope the nautilus-image-converter package will be picked up again and put back to sid.
