Hello everyone,
I've run into a problem while attempting to install Debian 11. The installation software boots up just fine from a USB flash drive, but when I choose 'install' the screen becomes 'shredded' and can't be read. I've had no problems before with Debian 7, 8, 9, and 10.
Some info about my system and the installation software attempted:

I didn't find anything helpful with searches. Maybe this isn't such a common problem?
Any ideas how I can solve this problem?

Re: Display problem with Debian 11 installation.
Can you describe it more precisely, or post a screen shot ?
Did you try the text and graphic install ?
Did you boot the installer in EFI or BIOS/legacy mode ? Did you try the other mode ?
You may try a live image - select live system, not install.
I may have had a similar issue on HP Elitebook laptops with EFI boot, related with the efifb graphic driver. The workarounds were either to set a gfxpayload= value in GRUB or pass a video= kernel parameter.
Re: Display problem with Debian 11 installation.
I did try text install or simply "Install" and "Graphic install" on the selection screen when booted from the installation flash drive. Both resulted in the same "shredded" screen.
I did try EFI and BIOS boot, I have a photo of the result of each.
I haven't tried live disk, I will try that. And I will look into the GRUB suggestions and report back.
Thanks.

Re: Display problem with Debian 11 installation.
I'm having the exact same issue on a ASUS - PRIME A320M-K motherboard (Ryzen 5 processor)
Were you able to solve it somehow?

@mel2099 Please start a new topic for your issue and include full description of your issue and system details. Your system is different from that of OP so may require different analysis and solutions.

Re: Display problem with Debian 11 installation.
I have not been able to solve it so far, but I haven't spent a lot of time investigating.
I suggest that you follow Sunrat's advice and start a new thread with a detailed description of your hardware and the results or outcome when you try to install Debian.
