How do I get busybox on the DVD .iso image. this is the larger 3.6 Gb file?
The installation fails because it cannot find busybox files. Is it possible to install them on the boot able media, if so what is the correct directory to place them?

Re: Missing Busybox Debian 11.6 for Dell Precision 3650 installation
Can you elaborate ? Which ISO image (full name) did you use ?
busybox shoud be present in any Debian installer ISO image (including netinst, maybe except netboot) because initramfs-tools-core recommends it and cryptsetup-initramfs depends on it. Maybe your ISO image or media was corrupted ?

No, the image is fine. It installs in a VM just fine. Problem was it is looking for a CD-ROM drive after most of the installation was already completed. These Dells have USB boot actually removed from the bios so it takes a different method to install the OS into NVMe.
