I like how the balance of different sounds can be adjusted to one's preference. Birds, waves, wind, thunder, party, etc., and there is a nice range of sounds.

I guess if you installed wife, you might have to do that sometimes anyway.
lol when I first started working for myself my office was in our bedroom which had 2 giant unracked servers running on a reinforced nightstand, the server noise gave off heat and white noise. Later when we moved and I had a proper rack/office I couldn't sleep at home until I put a fan in the corner, I still keep a fan running in the bedroom to this day for that type of white noise.
The Ambient Noise app is pretty neat though.

My ambient noise, to go to sleep, is old Mystery Science Theatre 3000 shows.
