amdgpu wrong fullscreen offset for wine games

#1 Post by paratrap »

Hello!

Recent Debian Bookworm updates caused wrong fullscreen offset for wine games (it used to be fine few months ago). It looks like when fullscreen mode enabled, game window has to be positioned properly to be at center of fullscreen otherwise it will be positioned partially on screen.

Happened with ALL old wine games working in fullscreen mode.

Every time you start a game it starts with different offset. And eventually it positioned properly and you can play the game.

Do you know what is broken? Kernel? xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu? firmware-amd-graphics?

EDIT: fixed with libdrm (2.4.114-1)
