and have a question about LibreOffice
how do i get LibreOffice to keep the text box at a certain position, let's say 2/3rds down from the top of the page.

HI i may haw a translations error in my question, it is not a inset text box i an looking for.
the problem is to keep the text input line a a one level so i don't have too lock op ore down for the input courser when writing, is this possible ?

It sounds like you want the screen to scroll while you type, keeping the line you are typing in one place. A quick search reveals a number of questions about this but there does not seem to be an answer Libreoffice itself.
The only way I found to do it is to resize the application window to letter box shape - wide and not very tall.
This will allow you to keep the typing position in the place on the screen where you want it and the shape of the window will force it to scroll the document whilst keeping the line you are typing where you want it.
