Yes, it was actually noticeable in my case! However, it wasn't my PC but the modem that was affected. I had to turn it off and turn it back on again after about 5 seconds and then it worked again. That was the first time something like that happened.

The walls, ceiling and floor of my apartment are papered with heavy duty aluminum foil hung with rubber glue. Shiny side facing out.

Does it please have a impact on cell phone or wifi signal strength ?
