Okay.
Here on the forums we post, solve, inform, instruct, and pretty much do AMAZING things in regard to documentation, how-tos, guides, and know-hows, which we always share with our community.
Unfortunately a lot of that gets lost between post, post, reply, and post. So in a fit of genius, I proposed some time ago a Best of Threads forum account that could highlight our awesome amazing-ness, in a weekly thread, but over time to be honest, I could not keep up with the task.
Enter my plea for help. (its the same thread)
@fabien immediately stepped up to the whimpering call.
fabien has volunteered to be the person behind the scenes for that account and in that role fabien will highlight the best threads we have here each week whether they be technical, humorously hilarious, informative, or just because fabien likes mashing buttons.
Toward this awesome + awesome we have created a new user group: Forum Helpers. While that group at this time does not employ the delegated powers of the role as a full or section moderator, we on the staff here do consider the role to be a moderator in training role and thus a moderator in full. So please give fabien love, respect, and bitcoin (just kidding), in this new venture.
We very much appreciate fabien stepping up and adding value to our community. No role, post, user, or comment is small in our grand work.
Thank you fabien, and thank you again. Welcome aboard!
Scheduled Maintenance: We are aware of an issue with Google, AOL, and Yahoo services as email providers which are blocking new registrations. We are trying to fix the issue and we have several internal and external support tickets in process to resolve the issue. Please see: viewtopic.php?t=158230
Please welcome our silent new mod ... fabien!

P.S. If you see a thread that you think should be highlighted, please @Best_Threads so that the thread will be noticed and most likely included in the next week thread update. Thank you all!

Welcome @fabien to your new role. You will now receive equal remuneration as the rest of the team!
And don't be reticent to add your own posts to Best Threads. You have some valuable insights into stuff, some of which baffles me.
