I can't find qt6 .qch documentation files. I have the ones for qt5.
What is the Debian package for them?

Yes, you can:

wget http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/q/qt6-base/qt6-base-doc_6.4.2+dfsg-20_all.deb
dpkg -i qt6-base-doc_6.4.2+dfsg-20_all.deb
