It looks like the X-Creamy theme has some extra color.

Looks like we found the 1 user using that theme. :)
The smaller bar was the one for mobile themes, it seems that particular theme used desktop and mobile at the same time. The mobile one was disabled.
Typo perfectionish.

I use prosilver and have just the 3 coloured bars at the top middle of the forum page. Mouseover shows the links but nothing readable.
