I make the configurations I want and I exit/close ... when I come back/open the graphic, they are all gone.

Are you running Thunar as root? If so, that is the normal function.

Yes. I'm sure someone will pop in and give the exact details, but this has to do with DBUS sessions and things I don't understand and have never needed to as of yet.
