The calamares package is not currently in the Debian Testing repository.

You can check the calamares package tracker for more information: Please, update the subject of the first message to make it more understandable to other forum's readers, i.e.:
Why calamares is missing in the last three weekly builds of Debian Live testing ?

Simply install the stable version and change the repos from Bookworm to Testing (post-install).... there are detailed instructions on the wiki.
