[Solved] Bluetooth configuration using pipewire only

#1 Post by admiincomp »

When I look at the documentation for setting up Bluetooth using only piperwire replacing pulseaudio completely, i am unable to get it to work. using the debain documentation, https://wiki.debian.org/PipeWire#PulseAudio-1, It says to copy a directory which does not exists on my debian 6.1.0.20.

Create a pipewire-pulse service by copying the example files:

# cp /usr/share/doc/pipewire/examples/systemd/user/pipewire-pulse.* /etc/systemd/user/

Why doesn't the directory exist ?

The directories do not appear to be important as below that statement a option to check shows my workstation complies.

You can check which server is in use by, as your regular user, running:

LANG=C pactl info | grep '^Server Name'

If it's using PipeWire, the server name will be "PulseAudio (On PipeWire 0.3.19)
