I'm member of the maintenance team of Back In Time (deb: backintime) a rsync-based backup software.
We are in the middle of preparing the next release to hit the upcoming Ubuntu release in time. The project offers a GUI translated into more than 40 languages, which are not all complete translated.
It is just about the strings in the GUI, round about 380. It would be great if you could help that project and offer translations or review some existing translations on our Weblate platform in your own language.
In the project, no one gets payed. No company behind hit. Even the maintainers and developers are volunteers.
Please let me know if and how you want to be mentioned in the credits as a translator. It is up to you if you want to use your real name, your email or something else. We do have this file listing translators contribution. That names will be used in the about dialog for example.
Thank you a lot.
Christian
EDIT: The languages with the lowest degree of translation completeness are (ascending order):
- Bosnian (23%)
- Faroese
- Estonian
- Croatian
- Slovak
- Lithuanian (50%)
- Arabic
- Thai
- Greek
- Swedish (54%)
