Follow the directions you get to add the repository and its key when you click the "Download Package" link. This update has roughly ten dependent packages altogether that need updates from the repository, so that's easier for a beginner than trying to determine how to manually download and install them.

I'm thinking of adding 2.10.38 to the same repository; though you'd get 3.0.0~rc1 by default from it, the apt system also allows one to specify whwich version to install, and then pin it that so you're not nagged about the possible upgrade.
