Srcds Counter strike source.... error

hello when i tried to run all 3 of my servers again after they been down for days....so i type this screen ./srcds_run -console -game cstrike -max players +map .... -port 27015.... it show loading and keep showing same and the common thing i see is this WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: unable to bind socket
Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port

when i type ps fauxww | grep srcds, it show like 20 list of command in port 27016 which where i want to ahvev server running..

You try with +ip 0.0.0.0
If you have one global IP, it must be work...
