The lack of tags in this forum makes it harder for everyone to search a subject.
How many people are aware of this link, especially the noobs who are searching the first time? It seems limited. Besides, Google might not come to mind when looking for specific help in Debian.vbrummond wrote:True, but this seems to be the only good way to search anything anyway:

Do noobs understand something about "tags"? I don't.beardedragon wrote:How many people are aware of this link, especially the noobs who are searching the first time? It seems limited. The purpose of tags is to give a search engine something beside the subject line to look for. Noobs and you do not need to understand them. If you are looking for an argument, find another forum, I am just explaining.hemmbo wrote:Do noobs understand something about "tags"? Besides, when I was a (Linux) noob, I was well aware of Google's site: syntax.
So, I guess you're just whining.
