Atheros Bluetooth (firmware-atheros) errors?

Hey everyone, I'm using Debian 11 stable, trying out the Bluetooth again.
It works a lot better now with many devices, but I've been getting some occasional bluetoothd journalctl errors line-by-line with my mouse, that read:
It causes my mouse to randomly and intermittently stop working for a few seconds before starting up again. Any ideas about this?
The bluetooth is Atheros AR9462+Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth, using the firmware-atheros proprietary drivers/firmware.
And my mouse is the Elecom DEFT Pro Trackball Mouse (M-DPT1MRXBK) used over Bluetooth. Note that wired and 2.4 GHz work perfectly fine.
