Screen crash after SC

Hello.
Can someone help me with my screen shot problem.
After trying to take a sc my display starts glitching, I receive a core file instead of an image. The glitch lasts until I close any program open.
Laptop: Acer Aspire 3 A314-32-C7BP
$ lspci | grep VGA
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation GeminiLake [UHD Graphics 600] (rev 06)
$ find /dev -group video
/dev/media0
/dev/video1
/dev/video0
/dev/fb0
/dev/dri/card0
The solution might be obvious to some, but im in the dark here.
