Issues with USB data connection since last update

Hello,
I have a GoPro Hero 6 and I was using a USB-C cable to access the data inside the micro SD card. It was working fine until the last update I did on my Debian. Before that, I just had to plug the GoPro into my laptop and click the power button to make it visible by the OS.
Now, it goes on a loop, it keeps connecting and disconnecting and I can't access the data.
I thought it was a cable issue but it's working great on Windows 10.
Is there any recent update that could interfere with the USB devices ? Thank you.
