How can I install aticonfig, fglrx-driver is missing

I found this guide that explains how to disable dithering in order to reduce eye strain:

https://anyware.hp.com/knowledge/how-do ... phics-card

Now the problem is that it requires command aticonfig and it's not installed on my system. Apparently, if should be part of package fglrx-driver. Unfortunately, the package cannot be found.

Some non-free directories seems enabled in synaptics.

In Ubuntu apt-file is in the apt-file package.

So it is in Debian.

To OP, I just showed what apt-file finds, it just showed packages, wich have aticonfig. You can install those packages normally with apt, don't need apt-file for that.

How do you even know dithering is enabled on your machine?

Fglrx became obsolete close to a decade ago; it isn't even compatible with modern xorgs.
